The full story The problem, how we approached it, and what we built
A house-flipping firm was spending 25 to 35 minutes building every property offer by hand. We turned the whole process into a five-minute conversation.
02 The problem
Every potential deal meant the same manual sequence: pull comps, work out the after-repair value, calculate the maximum allowable offer in a spreadsheet, fill a purchase agreement by hand, draft the agent email, update the trackers.
25 to 35 minutes per property, across ten or more properties a week. The paperwork was outrunning the dealmaking.
03 The approach
We rebuilt the process as a set of plain-English commands.
The investor describes a property; the system runs the numbers, flags the risk, generates the paperwork, and drafts the agent email in their own voice. Judgment stays with the human. The mechanical work disappears.
04 What we built
- Maximum-allowable-offer calculator, matched exactly to the firm's own model
- Deal logger that formats entries straight into the tracker
- Purchase-agreement document generator, single and two-party
- Agent-email drafter that writes in the investor's style
