Supplier contracts
We find out which supplier contracts renewed without anyone deciding, and make sure it never happens again.
For US firms of 200 to 1,000 people with a big supplier base and nobody owning the register. Manufacturers and OEMs first.
- 01Contracts arrive by email and land in a shared drive.
- 02The renewal dates live in a sheet one person keeps, when anyone does.
- 03The notice date passes, and the contract renews itself.
01 How it works
Two free steps, then one paid.
Thirty minutes with whoever handles the paper. We map how a contract moves from arrival to renewal, mark the steps nobody owns and put a number on it. One page back, the same day.
Send the sheet you track renewal dates in. Just dates, nothing confidential. We send back what already renewed on its own, and what is coming up in 90 days with no notice date watched.
Every contract read and loaded, each term tied to its clause and page, checked by a person, in your own system. Then we watch the dates and route each decision to a named owner. No invoice for a contract we could not read.
02 Where we have done it
A consultancy's register, a manufacturer's purchasing.
- Claritas · 250-person consultancy 71 supplier contracts verified, zero mismatches. 39 of them renew automatically, and every one now has a date someone sees before it passes. Read the case
- Kimia Biosciences · pharmaceutical manufacturer 12 of 12 QA cases passed before handover on the manufacturer's purchase approvals: every request through fixed gates on its own server, each decision recorded with its reason. Read the case
03 Questions
What we see, and where it lives.
What do you see, and what do you never see?
For the free steps we see a description of how contracts move and, if you send it, a sheet of dates. For load and watch we read the contracts themselves, under an NDA signed first. We never need system logins, bank details or anything beyond the contracts you choose to send.
Does the Blown List need the contracts?
No. It only needs dates: supplier, renewal date and notice period, from the sheet you already keep. Nothing confidential, no contract text. What comes back is the list of what already renewed on its own and what is due in the next 90 days with no notice date watched.
Where does the data live?
In your own system. The register lands in a tool your firm already runs, on your accounts, and you own it. If we part ways, it keeps working and nothing goes dark.
