The method · discovery to proof
You see the return before anything gets built.
Three moves. A discovery that pays for itself before any contract, a pilot on your real data, and systems that prove their own return in numbers you can check.
01 The plan
Three stations, in order.
Almost everyone starts with the discovery, because it costs nothing and decides everything.
- 01
Free discovery
We map one department or process with your stakeholders, over calls and screen shares. The output is a process map plus the three to five automations with the highest return. It is yours to keep either way.
- 02
Pilot the highest-value slice
The piece with the clearest return gets built first, live on your real data, scoped honestly for your size. You see it running before you commit to more.
- 03
Build, run, prove
We run what we ship, embedded, and improve it. Every system carries evals and test cases, so the return shows up as data from the first month onward.
02 What proof looks like
Verified, or it does not ship.
Whether an AI system works should never be a matter of opinion. Ours ships with the evidence attached.
-
Evals and test cases
Every system ships with a test battery built from real failure patterns. You see exactly where your automations work and where they do not.
-
Return you can read
Per-system, per-agent numbers. Time before and after, error rates, throughput. Measured, not asserted.
-
Reversible by design
An audit trail on every change, a rollback path, and a kill-switch per automation that stays in your control.
An energy client works with high-stakes financial models where a single wrong number is expensive. They wanted a verification layer on the outputs before those numbers reached a decision, so we built one into their process. It checks each model against its own assumptions and surfaces anything worth a second look, and it has already earned its place in time saved and confidence on the calls that carry the most risk. It runs in production today.
03 The trust stack
The terms we work under, spelled out.
Handing systems context to an outside team needs more than a good pitch. This is the part in writing.
- Who we are
- A team of senior engineers, consultants, and analysts based in India, founder-led, working directly with companies across the US, UK, UAE, and Australia. You work with the people accountable for the outcome.
- Before the first call
- An NDA and a one-page data handling note, signed before we see anything. No system credentials are needed for discovery.
- Ownership
- Everything runs on your infrastructure and your accounts. The code, the systems, and the documentation are yours. No vendor logins, no lock-in.
- Reversibility
- Audit trail on every change. A rollback path. A kill-switch per automation, in your control, from day one.
- Continuity
- Documentation ships as a deliverable, so the systems outlive any one person. Ours included.
- The commitment
- What we build, we fix.
04 Questions
Straight answers, before you ask.
The things operators ask before the first call. If yours is not here, it is a good question for the call itself.
01 Are you a consultancy or an AI agency?
Neither, exactly. Consultancies hand you a recommendation and leave the building to someone else. Agencies build whatever you ask and move on. We are the implementation partner in between: we map where AI pays, put it to work inside your business, run it, and prove what it returns. If the honest answer is automate three things and skip the rest, that is what the discovery will say.
02 Who are you, and where are you based?
A team of senior engineers, consultants, and analysts based in India, founder-led, working directly with companies across the US, UK, UAE, and Australia. Both founders are engineers, and the people you meet on the first call are the people accountable for the work.
03 Who owns what you build?
You do. All of it. The systems run on your infrastructure and your accounts, the code is yours, and documentation ships as a deliverable. No vendor logins, no lock-in, nothing that goes dark if we part ways.
04 What happens if an automation misbehaves?
Every automation ships with a kill-switch you control, an audit trail on every change, and a rollback path. And the standing commitment is simple: what we build, we fix.
05 How do we start?
A free discovery, scoped to respect your time. NDA before the first call. No system credentials needed to begin. We map one department or process with your stakeholders, mark what is manual and what it costs, and hand over the three to five automations with the highest return. That map is yours to keep either way.
06 Do we have to move to new tools?
Almost never. We build into the stack you already pay for. Migrations are expensive and rarely the actual bottleneck. If a new tool genuinely earns its place, we will say so and show the math.
Start with the map.
