The full story The problem, how we approached it, and what we built
A lead-generation agency was growing faster than its operations could absorb. We automated the workflows that were breaking under load, starting with reporting that ate a day every week.
02 The problem
The agency was winning clients faster than it could service them cleanly. Manual steps that worked at ten clients were quietly failing at thirty.
A workflow audit found 18 hours a week of work that could be automated, most of it client reporting.
03 The approach
We audited the delivery workflow and found the steps that scaled badly.
Those steps were automated inside the tools the team already used. Reporting first, because it was the most visible bleed, then the fulfilment steps behind it.
04 What we built
- Automated client reporting workflows
- Delivery steps automated into the existing stack
- Handoffs that no longer depend on someone remembering
