01 The problem
ENDY sells cold email infrastructure. Demand was climbing, but every new customer meant the same manual, multi-step inbox setup and fulfilment process.
The founders had become the bottleneck. Growth was capped by how fast two people could click through provisioning.
02 The approach
We mapped the full path from sale to live inboxes and isolated the steps that were pure mechanical repetition.
Those steps were automated end to end. Then we built a SaaS dashboard so the team could see and run fulfilment without ever opening a spreadsheet.
